Use of Photo and Video Footage

From time to time Academy teachers and/or professional photographers, contracted by The Academy, will take photographs and/or video footage of students during performing arts lessons. This is for the purpose of review and assessment of practical work, both for thestudents’ and teachers’ benefit, and for creating records of students’ achievements.

 

From time to time we may also like to publish some of the images and/or videography captured during lessons for the purpose of promoting The Academy. These images may beused on The Academy’s website, Facebook and Instagram pages and on leaflets and posters.

 

We will never identify children in any way at all when using images for promotion and will only use images of your children for this purpose with your consent, which you can indicate by ticking the relevant box on the registration form. You have the right to change and/or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
