Terms & Conditions
Fees and Payment
Class fees are to be paid in advance per half term in full.
Prospective students can trial classes free of charge and existing Academy students can try classes they have not partaken in previously at no cost. Free trial classes are limited to one per student and if students choose to enrol following their trial they will be invoiced for the class(es) for the remainder of that particular half term.
A multi-class discount of 15% applies to all students who partake in three or more eligible classes. Specifically, classes eligible for receipt of the multi class discount include all lessons on the timetable with the exception of all private lessons, film making, Arts Award and GCSE level classes.
A family multi-class discount of 15% will apply where two or more siblings partake in a minimum of three eligible classes.
Invoices will be sent via email with the option to pay directly via the embedded link. This simply requires you to click on the button at the bottom of the email, which will then direct you to a secure page, to complete your payment. This will result in a direct debit being set up, however you will always remain in complete control of all of your payments and no payments at all will be made without you directly authorising them.
Alternatively you can settle your fees via cash, cheque (payable to TAFPA Education Limited), debit/credit card at The Academy or by direct bank transfer using the details below:
TAFPA Education Limited 63152782
Fees must be settled in full before the payment deadline on the invoice.
Payments not received before the deadline will be subject to a late payment fee of £5.
All advance payments are non refundable.
If your child misses lessons due to illness and/or holidays they can make the lessons up by attending the sum of the classes missed or to be missed prior to or upon their return. They can partake in alternative class(es) for which they are not enrolled with advance notification and agreement.
In the unlikely event that The Academy has to cancel classes we will apply a credit to your account.
Absence, Cancellation and Withdrawal
Please let The Academy know via phone or email if your or your son/daughter will be absent from any classes into which they are enrolled.
You must give half a term’s notice of cancellation of any private lessons, film making classes and GCSE level classes. Failure to do so will mean that you will invoiced for the following half term. We would appreciate as much notice as possible of cancellation of any other classes.
If you wish to withdraw yourself or your son/daughter from The Academy please advise us in writing.
